Since the date and time of her illnesses could not be predicted or planned for, we needed someone who would essentially be “on-call” for us when the need arose. Almost a year went by after that initial meeting, but the need did arise and when Susan was called, she had a caregiver out to my grandmother that same day. Each was professional, skilled and caring while allowing my grandmother and the rest of our family (to) feel secure in the knowledge that she was being taken care of.
