Policy & Rates

Accessing Care

Simply call our office, 713-523-2329, to arrange care for yourself or a loved one. We will arrange an admission visit to determine the type of care needed and set a schedule which meets your individual needs. This visit takes place prior to our caregiver beginning service. During the admission visit we will develop an “individual service plan” with the client and family’s input.

Regular supervisory visits are conducted. These are done to reevaluate the needs of the client and to ensure that the proper level of care is being provided.

Payment Options

While Medicare does not cover sitter/companion services, your long term care insurance may reimburse you for this service. Although we do not accept assignment, we will provide you with the documentation you require to file a claim with your long term care insurance provider. We invoice weekly and accept checks as payment. You may also make payments with a credit card online using our Online Payments option.
