Accessing Care
Simply call our office, 713-523-2329, to arrange care for yourself or a loved one. We will arrange a comprehensive admission visit to determine the type of care needed and set a schedule which meets your individual needs. This visit takes place prior to our caregiver beginning service. During the admission visit we will develop an “individual service plan” with the client and family’s input, and establishes protocols for continuity of care.
The State of Texas requires regular supervisory visits once every six months. These are done to reevaluate the needs of the client and to ensure that the proper level of care is being provided. We conduct supervisory visits every 4-6 weeks at no extra charge, some of which are unscheduled. This allows supervisors to keep up with changes and communicate necessary information to the family.
While Medicare does not cover sitter/companion services, your long term care insurance may reimburse you for this service. We will provide you with the documentation required to file a claim with your long term care insurance provider and if requested, help with the paperwork. We invoice bi-monthly and accept checks as payment. You may also make payments with a credit card online using our Online Payments option.
A One-Time Admission Fee: $50.00
This charge occurs only after you have been admitted into care and have made the decision to use our agency.
Sitter/Companion Rates: Starts at $17 per hour
Our rates are lower than many franchised agencies because we do not incur franchise or percentage fees.
Client Check-in Visits: $45.00
This is a short 1-2 hour visit by a CNA who will check-in with your loved one and take care of requested tasks or errands.
Live-In Care: Call for quote
Rates vary depending on services required but are generally lower than hourly rates.
Regular Supervisory Visits: No charge
