Susan Davis, Owner and Administrator
Susan Davis has been involved in medical staffing services since 1979, having co-founded a maritime medical services company in New Orleans, Louisiana and a radiology staffing agency in Houston, Texas. In 1994, when Susan began overseeing her Mother’s care, she saw the need for an agency that provides dependable, compassionate and honest caregivers. Thus began the journey that today is Innovative Nurses & Sitters. Under her guidance, INS maintains an outstanding reputation for integrity, compassion and ethical treatment of caregivers and clients alike.
Born in Fort Worth, Texas and growing up in New Orleans and Sydney, Australia, Susan graduated from the University of Virginia. When she is not at her desk or with clients, Susan enjoys riding and playing tennis.
Gloria Glenn, Office Manager, Alternate Administrator
Not much happens around Innovative Nursing without Gloria Glenn, who has been with the company since its inception in 1994. Gloria is a native Houstonian who graduated from the Bryman School as a Certified Medical Assistant. She worked for St. Joseph’s Radiology Group for 17 years as both a Medical-radiology assistant and a dark room technician. In 1990, Gloria came on board with our sister company Imaging Temporaries, and then joined Innovative Nurses and Sitters in 1994.
In addition to her duties as Office Manager and Alternate Administrator, Gloria oversees scheduling, payroll, admission charts, background verifications, and is a Public Notary. At home she enjoys volleyball, tennis, music and her many and varied church activities.
Jane Seger, Director of Marketing
Jane Seger is the Marketing and Business Relations Director at Innovative Nurses and Sitters.
A native Houstonian and graduate of the City University of New York, Jane has owned, developed and sold numerous successful businesses and operated an active consulting company. She is the primary caregiver for a family member and is passionate about the dignity and care of the elderly and disabled.
Off duty, Jane enjoys reading, having dinner with friends, and parenting (usually).
