Do you need a ride to the doctor, then a trip to the pharmacy or grocery store?


Is your loved one being discharged from the hospital or rehabilitation center, but there is no one to pick her up and take her home?


Sometimes, we just need a ride and a friend. These a-la-carte transportation packages are designed to help you and your senior when you need care on a one-time or short term basis.


One of our licensed and bonded care supervisors will pick up your senior (who must be able to travel in a regular car) and take him or her home, to the doctor, to the pharmacy or to the grocery store. We can make follow up appointments, take doctor’s notes, wait for prescriptions, and more.


Our Innovative Nurses & Sitters caregivers are trained in all types and levels of care, including dementia and Alzheimer’s.

  • One of our care-supervisors will come to your residence.
  • We’ll help you get ready and assist you to the car.
  • We’ll transport you to your physician’s office.
  • We’ll wait for you while you’re seeing the doctor.
  • With your permission, we will take notes of your doctor’s instructions.
  • We can take your prescription to the pharmacy and wait for it.
  • We’ll take you home and assist you back to bed or your favorite chair.

Client must be ambulatory. Paid parking is extra. The first 10 miles are free, then .50 mile after that. Package includes up to three hours with a care supervisor. Each additional hour is $20.

Let an experienced Innovative Nurses & Sitters care-supervisor come to the hospital or care-facility and pick up your discharged patients. Here’s what we can do:

• Take them safely home and escort them into bed or their favorite chair.
• Get prescriptions filled at the pharmacy.
• Leave discharge notes and doctor’s instructions for the family or home health agency.
• Write an up-to date medication list.
• Make a follow-up appointment with their doctor or health care professional.
• Go grocery shopping.
